‘GOOGLE’ for our library

Check out our newest library tool, Evergreen Discovery Service (EDS), which collates all library resources and aids in self-retrieval. Check out the EDS link and search our entire library, which includes:

EBSCO’s Nursing Reference Center and e-journals;
Ovid (350 e-journals & 5 ebooks), Clinical Key (1500+ journals & ebooks),
Natural Medicines (complementary and alternative medicines database),
Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews,
UpToDate and much more

Please note that if you are off-site, or not on a hospital-networked computer, some resources may not yet function correctly.

How do I submit library requests?

Effective immediately, requests should be made via email using the NEW Library Request Form. Depend-ing on your needs and the current queue, we will do our best to com-plete your request in a timely man-ner. This new department policy will help us to improve library services for you. (Form can also be found on the left toolbar on the library webpage, Library Links.)

Do we have remote access to UpToDate?
We have recently renewed our Up- ToDate subscription. For employed physicians, nurses and other hospital staff, one of the perks of the coming year’s updates is access for mobile users. Simply fill out the registration form here (while onsite) to sign up and gain access remotely, as well as getting the link to the mobile app.
